Applying for Admission

If you are an international applicant, please visit the International Student Office website for the proper application forms.

The following applications are available online  The applications require Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded for free.  Several applications can be submitted online, while some requiring signatures may be filled out, printed and mailed to the Graduate Office.

A $40.00 application fee is required before application will be processed. (McNair Scholars please fill out the Certification of McNair Participation and Fee Waiver Request form.  This can be mailed or brought to the Graduate Office in McClain 203.)

Deadlines:

The MAE program accepts applications at the beginning of the month in September, October, November, February, March and April.

Applicants for other programs who are applying for GT/RA positions should complete their applications by February 15.
